Kimmy & Lilly cry for daddy

It was another peaceful morning at the rescue home. The sun shone gently across the garden, where baby monkeys Kimmy and Lilly were playing together. Their father figure — the caretaker they called “Daddy” — had been with them since the day they were rescued. Every morning, he fed them, played with them, and wrapped them in warm towels.

But today, something felt different. Daddy stood up and picked up his motorbike helmet. The moment Kimmy saw it, her little eyes widened. She knew that meant he was about to leave for a while. She rushed to his leg, wrapping both tiny arms tightly around it, refusing to let go.

Lilly quickly followed, jumping on his other leg, squealing loudly as if to say, “No, Daddy, don’t go!” Their cries echoed through the yard — sharp, emotional, and full of love.

Daddy knelt down, smiling gently even as his heart ached. “I’ll be back soon, babies,” he whispered, rubbing their heads softly. But Kimmy pressed her face into his hand, while Lilly’s tail curled around his arm, both trembling and whining in fear of being left behind.

Finally, Daddy picked them up one by one, giving each a warm cuddle. “Be good, my little ones,” he said. “Daddy always comes back.”

When he finally walked away, Kimmy and Lilly sat side by side, watching him disappear at the gate. Their cries slowly turned into quiet sniffles. Moments later, they curled up together, finding comfort in each other’s warmth until he returned.

Their little hearts couldn’t bear separation — a sign of just how deeply they loved their daddy who saved them.
