Bunny falls missing Daddy

Comments Off on Bunny falls missing Daddy

Little Bunny, the baby monkey, loved sleeping beside her daddy every night. She felt safe when his warm arm hugged her and his heartbeat calmed her tiny fears. But one quiet morning, Daddy had to step out early. He looked at her sleeping face and whispered, “Daddy will be right back, my baby.” Then he carefully left.

For a while, Bunny kept sleeping peacefully, cuddled in her blanket. But when she woke up and didn’t see Daddy beside her, panic filled her little heart. Her eyes searched around the room — no familiar face, no gentle touch.

She started to whimper softly, “Eee… Daddy?” Then louder, “Eee! Eee!” Her cries echoed as she crawled toward the edge of the bed, hoping to find him. But her tiny feet slipped.

Thud!

She fell onto the floor with a small cry. Startled and in pain, Bunny began wailing louder than ever. Her tears rolled down her cheeks as she looked toward the door, waiting for Daddy to come.

Minutes felt like hours until Daddy finally returned. The moment he opened the door, he saw Bunny on the floor, trembling and crying. His heart dropped. “Oh no, my baby!” he said, rushing to pick her up gently.

He checked her carefully — no serious hurt, just a small bruise and a scared little heart. He kissed her forehead and whispered, “Daddy’s here now. I’m so sorry.”

Bunny clung tightly to his neck, refusing to let go. That day, Daddy promised to never leave her alone again without making sure she was safe.

And Bunny? She learned that Daddy’s arms were the warmest, safest place in the whole world.
