Baby Lika Cries When Mom Leaves

Comments Off on Baby Lika Cries When Mom Leaves

Little Lika had only just begun to settle into her new life, but already she had grown deeply attached to her mom. Wherever mom went, Lika’s big round eyes followed closely, her tiny fingers reaching out as if to hold her there forever. She couldn’t stand even a moment apart.

This morning, mom tried to step away just to fetch some things. But the instant Lika realized she was being left behind, her whole body stiffened. Her little lips trembled, and soon a heartbreaking cry filled the room. She reached her arms out, clinging desperately to the air, begging her mom not to go.

Her cries weren’t just loud—they were filled with fear. Lika thought if mom walked away, she might never come back. She shook her tiny head, moaning softly, her little tail twitching with panic. Her body leaned forward on the blanket, crawling clumsily as if she could chase after her.

Mom turned back quickly, her heart melting at the sight. She scooped Lika up in her arms, holding her against her chest. The baby’s cries softened immediately, her tiny hands clutching mom’s shirt tightly as if to say, “Don’t leave me.” She pressed her face into the warmth, breathing fast until she finally calmed down.

Even as mom rocked her gently, Lika peeked up with teary eyes, making sure she was still there. That fragile trust, so strong yet so easily shaken, showed just how much the little monkey needed love and reassurance.

In that moment, mom understood—Lika didn’t need much, only the comfort of knowing she was never alone.
