Titas Waits Calmly for Morning Bath

Comments Off on Titas Waits Calmly for Morning Bath

As the soft glow of morning light seeped through the window, tiny baby monkey Titas sat quietly on a folded towel, his diaper sagging slightly from a full night’s rest. The house was still waking up, and the usual hustle and bustle hadn’t begun yet. But Titas was already alert, eyes wide with expectation and a calm stillness that was rare for such a playful soul.

He knew the routine. Every morning after waking up, his mom would come to clean him and give him a warm bath. It had become their little ritual, and even though he was small, Titas had grown to love that gentle moment—feeling the warm water, the soft hands of his mom wiping his fur, and the clean feeling that followed.

Today, he didn’t cry or fuss. He didn’t crawl around or demand attention. He just sat quietly, hands on his knees, occasionally glancing toward the hallway where his mom usually appeared. His eyes blinked slowly, and a few times he let out a soft sigh, as if reminding himself that she’d be there soon.

His fur was a little matted, his diaper clearly needing a change, but Titas didn’t seem bothered. His patience was sweet and heartwarming. Moments later, gentle footsteps approached, and his mom peeked into the room with a soft smile.

“There you are, my sweet boy,” she whispered, kneeling beside him.

Titas chirped quietly and reached up, wrapping his tiny arms around her. The calm before the bath had passed, and now the loving part of the morning would begin. His trust and patience spoke volumes. Even at such a young age, he knew love was coming—and it always did.
