Roro Cries His Heart Out in a Rock Hole Just for Mom’s Attention

Little Roro was feeling invisible.

All morning, Mom had been busy. Feeding the twins, cleaning their little play area, grooming everyone—except him. No snuggles. No eye contact. Not even a “good morning, my sweet boy.”

He followed her around, reaching out with tiny fingers.
“Mom?”
No answer.
“Mommy…?”
Still nothing.

His big eyes filled with tears. He didn’t want food or toys. He just wanted her.

Then, he spotted something nearby—a shallow hole in the big garden rock, just deep enough for a baby monkey to curl into. Without a thought, Roro crawled in, tucked his knees to his chest… and began to cry.

Not just soft sniffles.
He let it out.
“WAAAAHHHHHHH!!”

His sobs echoed inside the hole, making them sound even louder and sadder. It was like his heart was bouncing off the stone walls, calling for someone to care.

The other babies looked around, confused.
“Where’s Roro?” asked Jelly.
“I hear crying,” said Milo. “But… it’s coming from the rock!”

Mom’s ears perked up. She turned toward the sound—and her heart dropped.

She rushed to the hole, and there he was—tiny, trembling, red-faced Roro, curled up and crying like the world had forgotten him.

“Roro, baby!” she gasped, pulling him into her arms.

He clung to her instantly, sobbing into her chest.

“Oh sweetheart, I’m so sorry. Mommy didn’t see you. I’m here now.”

He buried his face in her fur, hiccupping between breaths.
That’s all he wanted—to be seen. To be loved. To be hers.

And as she rocked him gently in the warm sunlight, the rock hole behind them sat quiet again… finally at peace.
