aby monkey Bella was playful, mischievous, and full of energy, but when it came to getting treated, she knew she had to be a good girl. Today, she had a little rash, and her mother was about to apply powder to help soothe her skin.
As soon as Bella saw the powder bottle in her mother’s hands, she knew what was coming. Instead of running away like she usually did, she immediately positioned herself— butt up in the air, tail curled slightly to the side.
Her mother chuckled at how surprisingly obedient she was today.
“Good girl, Bella,” she said gently while opening the bottle.
Bella stayed still but couldn’t help twitching her little ears as she felt the cool powder sprinkle onto her skin. She made a tiny, “Eeek!” sound, a mix of surprise and comfort.
After a few seconds, she peeked over her shoulder with her big round eyes, as if asking, “Almost done?”
Her mother carefully patted the powder into place and gave Bella a reassuring rub on her back.
“All done! Now you’re fresh and comfy,” she said warmly.
As soon as she heard that, Bella sprang up and wiggled her tiny body, making a playful leap forward. She was back to her energetic self, running around as if nothing had happened.
But before she could escape completely, her mother scooped her up for a quick cuddle.
“Such a good girl today! You deserve a little treat,” she said, offering Bella a small piece of her favorite fruit.
Bella giggled happily, munching on her reward. Even the most playful baby monkey knew that sometimes, being obedient came with sweet rewards!
