It was a sunny morning in the monkey nursery, and all the babies were full of energy. Little Bebe was sitting close to her mom, enjoying some cuddles, when Koma, her playful sibling, came bouncing over with a toy. Koma was in a very happy mood, showing off his new toy and trying to get mom’s attention.
At first, Bebe just watched quietly, but when she saw mom laughing and playing with Koma, her little heart filled with jealousy. “Why is Koma getting all the attention?” Bebe thought, her tiny face starting to pout. She slowly got closer, giving Koma a sharp look.
As Koma kept playing and climbing on mom’s lap, Bebe couldn’t hold it in anymore! She ran over, pushed Koma gently, and before anyone could stop her — chomp! — she gave Koma a little bite on his hand!
Koma squeaked in surprise, looking at Bebe with big eyes. Mom quickly picked Bebe up, giving her a gentle but firm hug to calm her down. “No biting, Bebe,” mom whispered, stroking her soft fur.
But Bebe wasn’t angry — she just wanted to play too! After a few moments, mom gave her a toy of her own, and soon Bebe and Koma were playing together, laughing and jumping around.
In the end, mom had both her babies on her lap, giving them equal love. Bebe learned that she didn’t need to bite to get attention — mom’s love was big enough for both her and Koma.
