In the warm kitchen, the sound of sizzling food filled the air as Bella’s mom stirred the pot. The delicious smell spread everywhere, but little Bella was not happy. She climbed onto the stove, her tiny hands gripping the edge, and let out a loud cry.
“Eeeeeeek! Eeeek!” Bella screamed, her face scrunched up in frustration. She wanted her mom’s attention right now!
Mom glanced back at her little one, shaking her head. “Bella, be patient, sweetheart. Mommy is cooking,” she said gently.
But Bella didn’t care. She stomped her tiny feet and cried even louder. She wanted to be held, cuddled, and loved immediately! Tears streamed down her soft cheeks as she threw her little tantrum.
Mom sighed, knowing her baby wasn’t going to stop anytime soon. She quickly turned off the stove, wiped her hands, and picked up the crying Bella. The moment Bella felt her mom’s arms around her, she sniffled and clung tightly to her.
“There, there… Mommy is here,” Mom whispered, stroking Bella’s soft fur.
Bella hiccupped, her tears slowing down. She rested her head on Mom’s chest, feeling warm and safe. Within minutes, her sobs turned into little sniffles, and finally, silence.
Mom smiled and kissed Bella’s forehead. “You’re such a little drama queen,” she chuckled.
With Bella finally calm, Mom placed her in a cozy spot nearby and continued cooking. But every few minutes, Bella peeked up, making sure Mom was still there—just in case she needed another cuddle!
