Little Libom was in a very dramatic mood today.
Everything was going well until Mom told him it was time to stop what he was doing.
The tiny baby monkey was not happy about that at all.
A huge pout appeared.
Tiny eyebrows frowned.
Then—
Flop!
Libom dramatically laid down on the floor as if he had received the worst news in the world.
“Eeeehhh!”
The little monkey made grumpy sounds while staring at Mom.
Poor baby looked completely offended.
Mom tried talking to him.
But Libom wasn’t interested.
He stayed stretched out on the floor, acting as though he could no longer move.
The dramatic performance made everyone laugh.
Every time Mom looked at him, Libom pouted even harder.
Tiny arms crossed.
Little feet kicked once.
Then another dramatic sigh.
“Hmmph!”
The stubborn baby clearly wanted Mom to know he was unhappy.
But the funnier he tried to look angry, the more adorable he became.
Finally—
Mom knelt beside him and gently rubbed his head.
Instant change.
The huge pout started shrinking.
The grumpy expression faded.
And soon, Libom was peeking up at Mom with curious little eyes.
A moment later—
The dramatic floor protest was completely forgotten.
The little monkey happily accepted a cuddle and snuggled close.
Because sometimes, the funniest tantrums are the ones that look very serious to a baby—
but very adorable to everyone else.
