Poor Minea Gets Frightened Every Time Yuri Screams

The house could be peaceful one moment… and chaos the next.

Little Minea had learned that very well.

Every time Yuri became angry, everyone knew what would happen first—

The scream.

Loud.

Sudden.

Sharp enough to shake the whole room.

“AHHHH!”

And every single time, Minea jumped.

Her tiny body would stiffen instantly, her eyes growing wide with shock. Even when she tried to stay calm, Yuri’s dramatic cries always startled her. It was too loud, too sudden, too much for her little heart.

Especially when Yuri was angry at Mom.

If Mom said no…

If Mom walked away…

If things didn’t go Yuri’s way—

The storm would begin.

Yuri would scream with all her strength, throwing her tiny tantrum like the world had ended.

And Minea?

She looked like the world had ended too.

She would freeze in place, blinking fast, sometimes stepping back, sometimes clutching close to whoever was near. Her face showed pure confusion and worry.

Why was it so loud?

Why was everyone upset?

She didn’t understand.

She only felt the fear.

One afternoon, Yuri screamed again after Mom took something away.

“AHHH! Mama!”

Minea, sitting nearby, flinched so hard she nearly dropped her little toy. Her eyes filled with tears—not because anyone hurt her, but because the noise itself felt scary.

Mom noticed immediately.

She picked Minea up gently, holding her close. “It’s okay, baby… it’s just Yuri being dramatic,” she whispered softly.

Minea pressed close, still shaken, listening as Yuri’s cries slowly faded in the background.

She needed reassurance.

She needed peace.

Because sometimes, the loudest person in the room doesn’t just affect themselves—

They shake the smallest hearts nearby.

And poor little Minea always felt every scream like thunder.
